Have you ever thought someone was keeping a secret from
you?
And no matter what you said to them, they just wouldn’t
tell you the truth?
Well, someone is keeping a BIG secret from you and it’s
name is the College Board.
They don’t want you to know about the easiest way to
boost your SAT Essay score.
This secret was discovered by Dr. Les Perleman of MIT.
He analyzed every essay the College Board released to
see what the essays had in common.
What he found was astounding!
The highest scoring essays all had one number in
common–the number 400.
90% of essays with over 400 words got the highest
possible score of 12.
What this means for you is writing more will get you a
higher score.
If you can figure out a way to put 400 or more words on
the page, you’ll ace the sat essay.
Problem is–how do you do that?
The solution–the time-saving tips and tricks in my
ebook “The SAT Essay Formula That Gets High Scores.”
These tips will allow you to write fast enough to
produce over 400 words every time.
You will discover the two types of thesis statements
you can make on the SAT Essay. No more time wasted
trying to figure out what your thesis should be.
You’ll also find out why the secret to supporting your
thesis consists in generating evidence before deciding
on your point of view.
This simple tactic can save you 10 minutes of fumbling

The question “Can I use the election in my SAT Essay?”
has been coming up a lot lately. And I’d like to
answer it for you.
First, you CAN write about absolutely anything you want
according to the College Board’s guidelines. They say
that their graders are completely unbiased.
The question then isn’t can you write about the
election but should you.
Thousands of students will be writing about the
upcoming election in their SAT Essays this fall. And
SAT graders may get tired of hearing about it.
Secondly, you need to be highly informed to impress
graders when it comes to a news story that’s on the
radio, TV and Internet constantly.
But there’s an even bigger reason NOT to bring up the
election in your SAT Essay.
When you talk about politics, your essay could be
misinterpreted as being on the side of one candidate or
another.
If this happens and the person grading your essay
disagrees with you on who the best candidate is, it may
hurt your score.
This is one of many hidden landmines that can
dramatically reduce your SAT Essay score.
I tell about all the topics you should avoid in my book
the SAT Essay Formula that Gets High Scores.

My name is Rodney Daut and I’m a highly-paid
professional writer and teacher who’s helped hundreds
of students just like you get higher scores on their
SAT Essays.
Back in 2004 the year before the essay became a part of
the SAT, I was hired to teach by a test preparation
company in Orange County, California where I live.
I found the people at the testing center didn’t really
know how to teach writing very well and SAT Essay
writing in particular.
And honestly, I knew how to write well. I even knew
how to teach writing, as any of the students in my
Personal Statement class will tell you.
But I had no clue what the SAT Essay people wanted (and
neither did anyone at the test prep center) so how
could I teach my class?
So what I did is find people who actually studied the
grading habits of SAT Essay graders.
I read everything they wrote about the SAT Essay and
how it was graded. A lot of what they wrote
contradicted what the College Board–makers of the
SAT–said about their own test.
Once I understood what was required to do well on the
SAT Essay, I only needed to find out how to get
students to produce the perfect product every time.
And I have to say it was hard.
The SAT Essay requires you to produce an organized,
well-thought-out essay in less than 25 minutes. No
easy task for most students.
When I first tried to teach my students how to do it,
most of their essays weren’t very good.
So I had to come up with a teaching system to get them
good.
But how?
I decided I would write SAT Essays myself until I could
pick apart exactly how I did it. Then I’d teach it to
my students.
And that’s exactly what I did.
I discovered that there were little tricks and
techniques that I used unconsciously to make the task
easier.
For example, I developed a method of organizing the
paragraphs so that they almost wrote themselves.
I created various ways to approach the introduction
that made impressing graders with your first words
easy.
I then taught these methods to my students.
Their essays improved very quickly after this. Many
claimed that this was now the easiest part of the test.
In fact, I don’t think they really needed to study any
more for this part of the test after the first few
weeks of the course.
So I then taught them more advanced methods for
writing–ways to spice up their conclusions, ways to
play on the psychology of teachers who grade the
essays–enticing them to give you a high score.
These students had extremely high scores on the SAT
Essay and are now all in college.
Today, I no longer teach SAT Essay courses. I’m too
busy working as a copywriter and marketing consultant
to teach classes.
However, one of my students said to me after hearing
this, “But Mr. Daut how will my sister and brother get
prepared for the SAT Essay?”
At first, I thought he was kidding. But the look on
his face said otherwise.
“Well, I’ve been thinking of writing a book on the SAT
Essay. If I do, I’ll send you a copy.”
A few months later I wrote the SAT Essay Formula that
Gets High Scores and sent him a copy. It turned out
his brother and sister were in Junior High so they
didn’t read the book at the time.
However, you can. And you can increase the chances you
get into the college of your choice by reading and
applying the simple lessons contained in it.
These techniques such as my prompt dissection
technique–which makes sure you answer the prompt
correctly each time and my 4-part paragraph
method–which causes you to write powerful paragraphs in
minutes–make the SAT Essay the easiest part of the SAT.
When you’re done with the SAT Essay Formula you’ll find
that you can feel more at ease knowing that you’ll do
well on at least one very important part of the SAT.
When you do, drop me a line to tell me how much the
book helps you.
Sincerely,
Rodney Daut
